Welcome to Moving Matters!

We offer a range of dynamic and exciting activities for your children to enjoy throughout the school holidays.

With a focus on sports and creativity, we aim to show that moving really does matter! We currently run 3 camps to suit the needs of every child. Hosted in fantastic indoor and outdoor facilities, they’re led by highly experienced staff who work in local primary schools. We also provide a range of other services that include sports-based birthday parties, tag rugby coaching, and short breaks for children with disabilities.

You can find out more about what we offer below. Alternatively, select one of the tabs at the top of this page!

Providing a mix of high-energy sport and creative arts, this camp runs two different activities each day. These can be anything from Parkour and Tri-golf to Ultimate Frisbee, American Football, Handball, or Street Dance!

We specialise in football-coaching via SLD Soccer School; it offers dedicated sessions in which your child will develop their skills, make friends, and play games. Better still, it’s available during both term-time and the holidays.

Working in collaboration with Nutty's Children’s Parties, this camp is designed for all children aged 6-11 (Years 1-6). Thanks to activities ranging from tag rugby to the making of a short film, we cater for the active and creative!

Why not celebrate your child’s special day with a sports-themed party from Moving Matters? We offer a variety of fun activities like dodgeball, parachute games, and cricket. This makes for an action-packed birthday to remember!

We love our tag rugby at Moving Matters! Besides being highly active, fast-paced, and technical, it’s lots of fun too! Run by an ex-professional player who coaches the National League team at Cambridge RUFC, this club is for all children in Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6) who want to hone their skills.

Due to our work with Lambeth Council and GLL, we’re pleased to offer an inclusive sports programme accessible to children with PMLD or Autism. This project aims to provide those with disabilities the opportunity to take part in sport and physical activity.
